Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 4 oz grilled chicken breast sliced
  • 2 slices beef bacon crispy and chopped
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • ½ avocado diced
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp vinaigrette dressing

Instructions
 

  • Chop romaine and iceberg lettuce and place as the base on a plate.
  • Halve cherry tomatoes and dice avocado (add lemon juice to keep avocado fresh).
  • Grill chicken, then rest and slice.
  • Cook bacon until crispy, then chop.
  • Boil eggs, cool, peel, and slice.
  • Crumble blue cheese and prep toppings.
  • Arrange everything neatly over lettuce in rows.
  • Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving and toss lightly.

Notes

Customize with tofu or chickpeas for a vegetarian version. Try different dressings like lemon-herb or honey mustard!
